Apex Broadband Ltd provides wired and wireless broadband internet, leased line, business connectivity, and related telecommunications services throughout the United Kingdom. Services are subject to availability in your area and technical feasibility at your premises.
Services are offered on rolling 30-day, 12-month, or 24-month contracts as specified at the point of sale. Minimum contract terms begin from the date of successful installation or activation. Early termination fees may apply as detailed in your service agreement.
All services are billed in advance. Invoices are issued monthly by email to your registered address. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in service suspension. Prices are subject to annual review; you will receive 30 days' notice of any price changes.

We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unlimited data plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Excessive usage that materially affects network performance for other customers may result in traffic management during peak hours. We reserve the right to review accounts showing unusual usage patterns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Broadband Ltd's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from service interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
